Maharashtra PG Ayush Counselling is the process through which candidates seeking admission to postgraduate Ayush courses in Maharashtra are allocated seats in various colleges. The counselling process is conducted by the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra. It is a centralized process that ensures fair and transparent seat allocation based on the candidates’ merit and preferences.
The counselling process begins with the registration of eligible candidates and document verification. Once the documents are verified, the merit list is prepared based on the candidates’ NEET PG scores. Candidates are then required to fill in their choices of courses and colleges online. The seat allotment is done based on the merit list, preferences, and availability of seats.
After the seat allotment, candidates need to secure their admission by paying the required fees within the stipulated time. They must report to the allotted college for further verification of documents and completion of the admission process. It is important for candidates to bring all the necessary original documents during this stage.
Maharashtra PG Ayush Counselling ensures a smooth and systematic allocation of seats, allowing deserving candidates to pursue their postgraduate studies in Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy. The process provides equal opportunities to all eligible candidates and helps in maintaining the integrity and transparency of the admission process.
