Domicile: Applicants must be Chandigarh residents.
Entrance: Applicants must have passed the NEET Entrance Examination to be eligible.
Qualification: Applicants must have passed the 10+2 examination or an equivalent examination from a recognised educational institution in order to apply.

Step 1: Go to www.gmch.gov.in to access the GMCH website.
Step 2: Select “Admission” from the menu.
Step 3: Fill out the “Candidate Registration” form. On the candidate’s registered email address, he or she will receive an email confirmation with his or her Application ID.

Step 5: The candidate must fill out demographic information and save it.

Step 11: The candidate must pay an online fee. Without the above-mentioned information, the fee will not be paid.
Step 12: After checking the final submission, the form will be submitted after all of the above specified entries / stages have been completed.
Step 13: Select “Print” to print the filled application form/forms.
