Chhattisgarh AYUSH Counselling Registration Process
Registration for Chhattisgarh AYUSH Counselling 2026 can only be done online, through the official website. Applications submitted through any other mode are not accepted. The steps below follow the official registration process:
- Visit the official Directorate of AYUSH, Chhattisgarh counselling website: cgayush.admissions.nic.in.
- Choose the correct registration link, BAMS/BHMS registration and BNYS registration are separate.
- Use the same mobile number and email ID that were submitted during NEET UG 2026 registration.
- Complete the new registration form with your NEET UG 2026 roll number and application details.
- Fill in your personal details (name, date of birth, parents' names, category).
- Provide your contact details, and create a unique password for your account. Keep the password confidential throughout the counselling process.
- Fill in your academic details, including 12th (10+2) marks and subjects.
- Select whether you want to apply for State Quota seats, AIQ seats of private institutes, or both, as per your eligibility.
- Upload the required documents as specified on the portal.
- Pay the registration/application fee applicable to your category. This fee is paid once and is valid till the Mop-Up round; a fresh registration and fee payment is required only for the Stray Vacancy round.
- Submit the application. Note that a candidate can submit the online registration form only once, submitting more than one form leads to debarment from the counselling process.
- Once registration opens for choice filling in each round, log in and fill your preferred choices of college and course, in order of priority, then lock your choices before the scheduled deadline.
- Download and keep a printout of your locked choices for future reference.
Important: The information filled during registration (name, date of birth, category, nationality, contact details) is treated as final and self-certified. The Directorate of AYUSH, Chhattisgarh does not change, edit or modify this data under any circumstances after submission, so candidates should fill the form carefully and check all details before final submission.
Chhattisgarh AYUSH Counselling 2026 Choice Filling
Choice filling is important step in Chhattisgarh AYUSH Counselling 2026, since seat allotment depends entirely on the order of preferences a candidate submits. As per the official process:
- After successful registration, log in to the counselling portal once the choice-filling window opens for the relevant round.
- Fill in your choices of college and course, arranged strictly in order of preference from your most preferred choice to your least preferred choice.
- Save your choices as you go along; you can modify saved choices by unlocking them until the stipulated deadline.
- Lock your choices before the server-notified deadline. If you do not lock your choices manually, the system will auto-lock whatever choices you have saved, as per the schedule.
- If you do not fill any choices after registration, you will not be considered for seat allotment in that round.
- Once choices are locked, seat allotment is done strictly as per availability and your preference order, so candidates should be certain before locking, since if a seat is allotted based on your choices and you do not take admission, you will be debarred from the rest of the counselling process (as per Round 1 rules).
- Download and print your locked choices for your own reference.
Use an updated version of Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or a similar browser on a laptop or computer during registration and choice filling, to avoid technical issues.
Chhattisgarh AYUSH Counselling Registration Fee
After completing registration, the payment page will appear automatically. Candidates can pay the applicable registration fee online through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI or Wallet. Successful payment is mandatory to proceed to the choice-filling process.

Chhattisgarh AYUSH Counselling Documents Required
All documents related to category, EWS status, PwD/Sainik/Freedom Fighter class, OBC non-creamy layer status, domicile, and the Class 12th marksheet must be dated before the last date of registration. The following documents are relevant:

All documents must be produced in original at the time of document verification/scrutiny, as scheduled in the seat allotment letter. Candidates who fail to produce required documents or fail scrutiny in any round can have their allotted seat cancelled and become ineligible for further rounds of counselling.
Chhattisgarh AYUSH Counselling 2026 Rounds
Chhattisgarh AYUSH Counselling is conducted in four possible rounds, Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up Round, and Stray Vacancy Round (if needed).
Round 1
- Eligibility: All eligible and registered candidates can participate.
- Process: Candidates fill and lock choices of college/course in order of preference. Seat allotment is done on the basis of merit, choice filling and seat availability.
- Before downloading the allotment letter, candidates must submit online willingness, whether to accept the allotted seat or seek upgradation later.
- It is mandatory to take admission in Round 1 if allotted a seat (in both Government and Private institutions). Not taking admission leads to debarment from the rest of the counselling.
- After document verification/scrutiny and fee payment at the college, admission is completed.
Round 2
- Eligibility: Candidates not allotted a seat in Round 1, candidates who filled choices for Round 2, and candidates who submitted willingness for upgradation in Round 1.
- Ineligibility: Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 who did not take admission are not eligible for Round 2.
- Process: Fresh choices are filled and locked, followed by seat allotment, result publication, document verification and admission completion.
- Candidates admitted in Round 2 can submit willingness for upgradation in the Mop-Up round. Not taking admission, or resigning after admission, makes a candidate ineligible for further rounds.
Mop-Up Round
- Eligibility: All registered candidates not allotted a seat in Round 1 or Round 2, candidates who filled choices for the Mop-Up round, and candidates who submitted willingness for upgradation in Round 1 or Round 2 (or both).
- Ineligibility: Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 or Round 2 who did not take admission are not eligible.
- Conversion of seats (if applicable) is carried out in this round as per admission rules.
- There is no upgradation allowed after the Mop-Up round.
- Process: Fresh choices, seat allotment, result publication, document verification/scrutiny, and completion of admission.
Stray Vacancy Round
- Seats that remain vacant (not joined or withdrawn) after the Mop-Up round are filled through this round.
- A fresh registration is required for this round; both Chhattisgarh state candidates and candidates from other states are eligible to register.
- Eligibility: Pre-registered candidates not allotted any seat up to the Mop-Up round, and fresh registered candidates for this round.
- Ineligibility: Candidates already allotted a seat in any round up to the Mop-Up round, and candidates currently holding an AIQ seat allotted by AACCC.
- Process: Fresh choices, seat allotment, result publication, document verification/scrutiny, physical reporting, and completion of admission.

- Before downloading the seat allotment letter, every candidate must give online willingness on the counselling website, indicating whether they want to take admission in the allotted institute or want to be considered for upgradation in the next round after admission.
