Karnataka PG Ayush Counselling offers aspiring students a systematic and merit-based approach to securing admissions to postgraduate Ayush courses in Karnataka. Karnataka PG Ayush Counselling Process For State Quota

Online Registration

Step 1: Notification and Registration

  • The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) releases a notification announcing the counseling process for Karnataka PG Ayush admissions.
  • Candidates need to visit the official website specified by the KEA and register online for counseling.
  • During the registration process, candidates are required to provide their personal details, educational information, and other relevant information.

Step 2: Document Verification

  • After successful registration, candidates need to visit the designated document verification center as per the schedule provided.
  • Candidates must carry the required original documents, such as educational certificates, caste/category certificates (if applicable), domicile certificate, etc.
  • The authorities will verify the documents and return the originals to the candidates after verification.

Step 3: Option Entry and Seat Allotment

  • Once the document verification process is complete, candidates can log in to the counseling portal using their credentials.
  • Candidates are required to fill in their preferred choices of colleges and courses, in the order of their preference.
  • Based on the merit and availability of seats, the counseling authority will allocate seats to the candidates.
  • The seat allotment result will be published on the official website.

Step 4: Confirmation of Seat and Fee Payment

  • Candidates who have been allotted a seat need to confirm their acceptance within the specified time frame.
  • To confirm the seat, candidates must pay the prescribed counseling fee and admission fee, as mentioned in the notification.
  • Failure to confirm the seat and pay the fees within the stipulated time may result in the cancellation of the allotted seat.

Step 5: Reporting to the Allotted College

  • Once the seat is confirmed, candidates need to report to the allotted college within the specified period.
  • Candidates must carry the necessary documents, including the seat allotment letter, fee payment receipt, and other relevant certificates.
  • At the college, candidates will undergo the final document verification process and complete the admission formalities.

PG Counselling Process For All India Quota

Round- 1

Eligibility 

Only AIAPGET qualified candidates will be eligible to apply for the AACCC PG counseling. 

Counselling Process

  • Step 1: Registration for AACCC-PG Counseling. 
  • Step 2: Payment of Counselling Fee (Non-Refundable Registration Fee + Security Deposit Money)
  • Step 3: Choice filling and locking 
  • Step 4: Release of Seat allotment list (Result Publication) 
  • Step 5: Reporting to the allotted college. 
  • Step 6: Submission of willingness for up-gradation of the seat in the 2nd Round

Round – 2

Eligibility

  • a) AIAPGET-2022 qualified candidates who have not registered in Round 1 
  • b) Candidates registered for the 1st Round and were not allotted seats. 
  • c) Candidates who have opted for free exit in the 1st Round. 
  • d) Candidates joined the allotted seat in the 1st Round and submitted willingness for up-gradation in the 2nd Round. 

Counselling Process

  • Step 1: Registration for AACCC- PG Counseling. (The candidates who participated in 1st Round need not be registered again). 
  • Step 2: Payment of Counselling Fee includes Non-Refundable Registration Fee + Security Money (Need not pay by the candidates, those who already paid the counseling fee at the time of registration for 1st Round) 
  • Step 3: Choice filling and locking 
  • Step 4: Release of Seat allotment list (Result Publication) 
  • Step 5: Reporting to the allotted college. 
  • Step 6: Submission of willingness for up-gradation of the seat in the 3rd /Mop-up Round

Mop Up Round

Eligibility 

  • a) AIAPGET-2022 qualified candidates who have not registered in Round 1 & Round 2. 
  • b) Candidates who have already registered but were not allotted seats in the 1 st Round & 2 nd Round. (No need to register again.) 
  • c) Candidates joined in the 1st Round allotted seat and submitted willingness for up-gradation, but did not participate in the 2 nd Round of counseling. 
  • d) Candidates joined the allotted seat in the 2nd Round and submitted willingness for up-gradation in the 3rd Round. 
  • e) Candidates who leave/resign the allotted seat in the 2nd Round, with forfeiture of Security money, three days before the commencement of the registration for 3 rd Round, can participate with payment of complete fees. 

Counselling Process

  • Step 1: Registration for AACCC-PG Counseling. (Those candidates who participated in 1st Round/2nd Round need not be registered again) 
  • Step 2: Payment of Counselling Fee includes Non-Refundable Registration Fee + Security Money (No Need to pay by those candidates who have already paid the counseling fee at the time of registration for 1st Round /2nd Round) 
  • Step 3: Choice filling and locking 
  • Step 4: Release of Seat allotment list (Result Publication) 
  • Step 5: Reporting to the allotted college. 

 Stray Vacancy Round

The seats remain vacant (not joined/withdrawn) after the 3rd/Mop-up Round of AACCC-PG Counseling of Govt./Govt. Aided colleges/CU/NI will continue to be filled through the online Stray Vacancy Round conducted by the AACCC, M/o Ayush. 

Eligibility for participation

All registered candidates who have not been admitted to any of the seats through AACCC-PG counseling or counseling conducted by State/UTs are eligible for the Stray Vacancy Round. 

Counselling Process

  • There is no Fresh Registration in Stray Vacancy Round.  
  • Candidates must submit a willingness in the AACCC-PG portal to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round with an undertaking that they are not holding any PG (ASU&H) seats allotted through AACCC-PG counseling or counseling conducted by State/UTs.  
  • Option for choice filling is available in the Stray Vacancy Round.  
  • No up-gradation is available from the 3 rd/ Mop-up Round to the Stray Vacancy Round

AACCC AYUSH Fee Structure

Registration Fee: A candidate must pay a non-refundable registration fee to AACCC in order to complete the application process for Ayush PG counseling. In addition, depending on the type of college they are applying for, they will be required to deposit a security fee. The registration and security fees for AIAPGET  counseling are listed in the table below.
