Reservation
For the selection of candidates for admission to Post Graduate Degree/Diploma Courses of MD/MS (Ayurveda) in Government Ayurvedic College, Patna, the reservation policy/rules of the Government of Bihar applicable on the date of online submission of application forms will be followed. The reservation categories will be determined based on the lists of SC (Schedule Caste), ST (Schedule Tribe), EBC (Extremely Backward Caste), and BC (Backward Caste) approved by the Government of Bihar.

Online Registration
Step 1: Registration
- Fill in the required information in Step 1 of the application form displayed on the computer screen.
- Enter your AIAPGET Roll No. and click on the "Verify" button to verify the data.
- Make sure to provide your own email ID and mobile number, as an OTP will be sent for verification.
- After successful verification, the registered mobile number and email ID cannot be changed throughout the counselling process.
- Once registered, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered mobile number and email.
- Login to your account using your email ID and password to proceed with the application.
Step 2: Personal Information
- Sign in to your account and complete the required entries for personal information on the computer screen.
- Click on the "Save & Continue" button.
Step 3: Upload Photo and Signature
- After entering personal information, upload your passport-size photograph and full signature (in Hindi and English, not in capital letters) after scanning them.
- Click on the "Save & Continue" button.
Step 4: Educational Information
- Enter your educational information on the computer screen.
- Click on the "Save & Continue" button.
Step 5: Preview Your Application
- Verify all the information provided in Step 2, Step 3, and Step 4.
- If any information is incorrect, click the "Back to Edit" button to make the necessary corrections.
- Click on the "Save & Continue" button to update the entered information.
- If the preview of the application form is correct, provide your declaration and click the "Proceed to Payment" button.
Step 6: Payment of Counselling Fee
- After previewing the application form, click the "Proceed to Payment" button.
- Follow the instructions on the computer screen to complete the payment procedure for the counselling fee.
- The counselling fee is Rs. 2200/- and should be paid online using methods such as credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI.
- Note that there may be a processing charge in addition to the counselling fee for online payments.
Step 7: Downloading of Part A & Part B
- After payment of the counselling/registration fee within the scheduled date and time, download the hard copy (Part A & Part B) of the submitted application form.
- Keep the downloaded form safely as it contains all the provided information and the PGMAC (Ayush)-ID, which will be required for further use during counselling.

Step 9: Counselling Interview
The Bihar PG Ayush counseling process involves calling candidates for counseling/interview and document verification based on their merit ranking. Seat allotment is done considering both merit and choice, using the merit list from AIAPGET. Changes to choices are not allowed later on. Latecomers may be considered based on available vacancies. Reserved seats for institutions and courses are specified in Schedule-I, treating all institutions as one unit for reserved categories. Counseling dates and venue are announced on the BCECEB website.
Candidates must bring original documents, including Admit Card and internship completion certificate. Admission is based on merit and choice. Once verified and eligible, candidates must join within one week. Minimum percentile marks are 50th for General and 40th for reserved categories. Multiple course enrollment is not allowed.
