Uttarakhand PG Ayush Counselling Process For State Quota

Online Registration

Round 1:

  • Candidates must register online, including the payment of registration fees, and fill in their preferred choices based on eligibility and preference.
  • A print copy of the filled online choice form should be kept for future reference.
  • The college allotment letter will be available online on the university website. Candidates need to produce a printout of this letter during admission to the allotted college.
  • Candidates allotted seats must secure admission in the respective AYUSH colleges before the last date of admission for that round. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of admission.
  • To generate the allotment letter, candidates need to deposit the security fee (Rs. 25,000 for P.G.), which will be refunded after the last round of counseling once the candidate has taken admission.
  • The security fee will be forfeited if a candidate does not join the allotted seat in Round 1 or surrenders/withdraws the seat. It will also be forfeited if the allotted seat is cancelled due to incorrect information or failure to produce required documents at the time of admission.
  • Candidates admitted in the first round can choose to participate in the second round for upgradation if they are not satisfied with their allotted seat.

Round 2:

  • Eligible candidates for the second round include those who did not receive any seat allotment in the first round, those who reported/joined the allotted institute in the first round and wish to participate for upgradation, candidates who were allotted a seat but did not join, and new/fresh candidates.
  • New/fresh candidates must register online, pay the required registration fee, and fill in their choices based on preference and eligibility. Already registered candidates and those opting for upgradation do not need to pay the registration fee.
  • Candidates who have taken admission in round 1 or 2 and wish to resign/surrender their seat must apply through the college principal to the Registrar, UAU, before the Mop-Up Round of counseling. Resigned/surrendered seats cannot be claimed by the candidate again.
  • Similar to Round 1, candidates allotted seats in Round 2 must secure admission in the allotted AYUSH college before the last date of admission, and the security fee must be deposited to generate the allotment letter.
  • The security fee will be forfeited if a candidate does not join the allotted seat in Round 2 or surrenders/withdraws the seat. It will also be forfeited if the allotted seat is cancelled due to incorrect information or failure to produce required documents at the time of admission.
  • Round 1 and 2 admitted candidates can withdraw/surrender their seats before the commencement of the Mop-Up round. After this period, they will be ineligible for further AYUSH counseling.

Mop-Up Round:

  • Eligible candidates for the Mop-Up Round include new/fresh candidates, candidates who registered but did not receive a seat allotment in Round 1 and 2, candidates who have not taken admission in Round 1 or 2, and candidates who have resigned/surrendered their allotted seats.
  • Candidates must register online for the Mop-Up Round and present themselves in front of the counseling board with the required original documents at the designated counseling venue.
  • The security fee must be deposited to generate the allotment letter, and candidates who withdraw/surrender their admitted seat after the commencement of the Mop-Up round will be ineligible for any further AYUSH counseling.
  • The security fee will be forfeited if a candidate does not join the allotted seat in the Mop-Up round or surrenders/withdraws the seat. It will also be forfeited if the allotted seat is cancelled due to incorrect information or failure to

PG Counselling Process For All India Quota

Round- 1

Eligibility 

Only AIAPGET qualified candidates will be eligible to apply for the AACCC PG counseling. 

Counselling Process

  • Step 1: Registration for AACCC-PG Counseling. 
  • Step 2: Payment of Counselling Fee (Non-Refundable Registration Fee + Security Deposit Money)
  • Step 3: Choice filling and locking 
  • Step 4: Release of Seat allotment list (Result Publication) 
  • Step 5: Reporting to the allotted college. 
  • Step 6: Submission of willingness for up-gradation of the seat in the 2nd Round

Round – 2

Eligibility

  • a) AIAPGET-2022 qualified candidates who have not registered in Round 1 
  • b) Candidates registered for the 1st Round and were not allotted seats. 
  • c) Candidates who have opted for free exit in the 1st Round. 
  • d) Candidates joined the allotted seat in the 1st Round and submitted willingness for up-gradation in the 2nd Round. 

Counselling Process

  • Step 1: Registration for AACCC- PG Counseling. (The candidates who participated in 1st Round need not be registered again). 
  • Step 2: Payment of Counselling Fee includes Non-Refundable Registration Fee + Security Money (Need not pay by the candidates, those who already paid the counseling fee at the time of registration for 1st Round) 
  • Step 3: Choice filling and locking 
  • Step 4: Release of Seat allotment list (Result Publication) 
  • Step 5: Reporting to the allotted college. 
  • Step 6: Submission of willingness for up-gradation of the seat in the 3rd /Mop-up Round

Mop Up Round

Eligibility 

  • a) AIAPGET-2022 qualified candidates who have not registered in Round 1 & Round 2. 
  • b) Candidates who have already registered but were not allotted seats in the 1 st Round & 2 nd Round. (No need to register again.) 
  • c) Candidates joined in the 1st Round allotted seat and submitted willingness for up-gradation, but did not participate in the 2 nd Round of counseling. 
  • d) Candidates joined the allotted seat in the 2nd Round and submitted willingness for up-gradation in the 3rd Round. 
  • e) Candidates who leave/resign the allotted seat in the 2nd Round, with forfeiture of Security money, three days before the commencement of the registration for 3 rd Round, can participate with payment of complete fees. 

Counselling Process

  • Step 1: Registration for AACCC-PG Counseling. (Those candidates who participated in 1st Round/2nd Round need not be registered again) 
  • Step 2: Payment of Counselling Fee includes Non-Refundable Registration Fee + Security Money (No Need to pay by those candidates who have already paid the counseling fee at the time of registration for 1st Round /2nd Round) 
  • Step 3: Choice filling and locking 
  • Step 4: Release of Seat allotment list (Result Publication) 
  • Step 5: Reporting to the allotted college. 

 Stray Vacancy Round

The seats remain vacant (not joined/withdrawn) after the 3rd/Mop-up Round of AACCC-PG Counseling of Govt./Govt. Aided colleges/CU/NI will continue to be filled through the online Stray Vacancy Round conducted by the AACCC, M/o Ayush. 

Eligibility for participation

All registered candidates who have not been admitted to any of the seats through AACCC-PG counseling or counseling conducted by State/UTs are eligible for the Stray Vacancy Round. 

Counselling Process

  • There is no Fresh Registration in Stray Vacancy Round.  
  • Candidates must submit a willingness in the AACCC-PG portal to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round with an undertaking that they are not holding any PG (ASU&H) seats allotted through AACCC-PG counseling or counseling conducted by State/UTs.  
  • Option for choice filling is available in the Stray Vacancy Round.  
  • No up-gradation is available from the 3 rd/ Mop-up Round to the Stray Vacancy Round.

AACCC AYUSH Fee Structure

Registration Fee: A candidate must pay a non-refundable registration fee to AACCC in order to complete the application process for Ayush PG counseling. In addition, depending on the type of college they are applying for, they will be required to deposit a security fee.
