Rajasthan Ayush PG Counselling is conducted by the Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University, which also has the approval of the Department of India, the Department of Ayush, and All other governing bodies such as the National Commission of Indian Medicine and National Commission of Homeopathy. PG Ayush counselling is done on the basis of the AIAP GET (All India AYUSH Post-Graduate Entrance Test) Score for Admission in all the Post Graduate Courses such as MD/MS courses in all Indian medical systems.

Merit is used to determine admission to MS, MD, and PG diploma programs in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy. Those who qualify for AIA PGET 2023 are invited to a round of counseling by the AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC).

  • Candidates who have qualified in the AIPGET-2022 can participate in the counselling for admission in MD/MS course for the academic year 2022-23.

Rajasthan PG Ayush Counselling Process 

Registration

Submission of Online Application Form may be done by accessing counselling board website www.rajugpgayushcounselling.in

Step-1: Fill in the Online Application Form and note down the system generated

Application number

Step-2: Upload scanned images of Candidate’s Photograph, Domicile Certificate, Caste

Certificate (if applicable), Secondary Mark sheet, Senior Secondary Mark sheet, Mark

sheets of B.A.M.S. (1st to final), internship certificate, registration certificate, AIAPGET 2022 admit card, AIAPGET-2022 Mark sheet in JPG/JPEG format.

Step-3: Make payment of fee using appropriate payment mode through appropriate payment

gateway and keep proof of fee payment.

Step-4: Print at least two copies of the confirmation page after successful remittance of fees.

Choice Filling 

  • The candidates will be allotted seats in institutions through an online process on the basis of the preferences provided by the candidate in the choice filling format.
  • Candidate will have to deposit counselling fee Rs 30000/- (Rs Thirty Thousand only) through Net-banking/Credit Card/Debit Card by last date of choice filling till (As per Schedule available on website) and to submit choice filling performa failing which their admission shall canceled and they will not eligible to participate in counselling process.

Seat Allotment

  • The candidates will be allotted seats in institutions through online process on the basis of provisional merit list, Category, Subjects wise available seats and preference provided by the candidate in choice filling format
  • Once seats and college are allotted to the candidate in 1st round of counselling, the candidate will have to report in person at allotted reporting center and deposit prescribed remaining college annual fee only through Demand Draft in favor of CHAIRMAN, AYUSH UG ADMISSION COUNSELLING BOARD, JODHPUR, during stipulated period of time. This candidate will also be eligible for 2nd round of counselling for upgradation. if he/she fills fresh choice filling form for 2nd round
  • A candidate is allotted a seat in the second round of counseling and does not report/ join the allotted seat, his/her counselling fee will be forfeited. Such candidate shall not be eligible to participate in subsequent rounds.

Reporting to College After Counselling

  • Each candidate shall be given the time as mentioned in the allotment letter, issued on line,
  • to join the allotted college and course. 
  • There is no provision of extension for joining date under any circumstances. 
  • The allotment made will be firm and final. Change of college/course from one place to another is not permitted. Therefore, request for the same would not be entertained by the Counselling Board after the allotment, except the candidate can opt for subsequent round of counselling for change of college as per allotment.

PG Counselling Process For All India Quota (AACCC 15% Seats)

Round- 1

Eligibility 

Only AIAPGET qualified candidates will be eligible to apply for the AACCC PG counseling. Process

 Step 1: Registration for AACCC-PG Counseling. 

Step 2: Payment of Counselling Fee (Non-Refundable Registration Fee + Security Deposit Money)

Step 3: Choice filling and locking 

Step 4: Release of Seat allotment list (Result Publication) 

Step 5: Reporting to the allotted college. 

Step 6: Submission of willingness for up-gradation of the seat in the 2nd Round

Round – 2

Eligibility

a) AIAPGET-2022 qualified candidates who have not registered in Round 1 

b) Candidates registered for the 1st Round and were not allotted seats. 

c) Candidates who have opted for free exit in the 1st Round. 

d) Candidates joined the allotted seat in the 1st Round and submitted willingness for up-gradation in the 2nd Round. Process: 

Step 1: Registration for AACCC- PG Counseling. (The candidates who participated in 1st Round need not be registered again). 

Step 2: Payment of Counselling Fee includes Non-Refundable Registration Fee + Security Money (Need not pay by the candidates, those who already paid the counseling fee at the time of registration for 1st Round) 

Step 3: Choice filling and locking 

Step 4: Release of Seat allotment list (Result Publication) 

Step 5: Reporting to the allotted college. 

Step 6: Submission of willingness for up-gradation of the seat in the 3rd /Mop-up Round

Mop Up Round

Eligibility 

a) AIAPGET-2022 qualified candidates who have not registered in Round 1 & Round 2. 

b) Candidates who have already registered but were not allotted seats in the 1 st Round & 2 nd Round. (No need to register again.) 

c) Candidates joined in the 1st Round allotted seat and submitted willingness for up-gradation, but did not participate in the 2 nd Round of counseling. 

d) Candidates joined the allotted seat in the 2nd Round and submitted willingness for up-gradation in the 3rd Round. 

e) Candidates who leave/resign the allotted seat in the 2nd Round, with forfeiture of Security money, three days before the commencement of the registration for 3 rd Round, can participate with payment of complete fees. Process 

Step 1: Registration for AACCC-PG Counseling. (Those candidates who participated in 1st Round/2nd Round need not be registered again) 

Step 2: Payment of Counselling Fee includes Non-Refundable Registration Fee + Security Money (No Need to pay by those candidates who have already paid the counseling fee at the time of registration for 1st Round /2nd Round) 

Step 3: Choice filling and locking 

Step 4: Release of Seat allotment list (Result Publication) 

Step 5: Reporting to the allotted college. 

 Stray Vacancy Round

The seats remain vacant (not joined/withdrawn) after the 3rd/Mop-up Round of AACCC-PG Counseling of Govt./Govt. Aided colleges/CU/NI will continue to be filled through the online Stray Vacancy Round conducted by the AACCC, M/o Ayush. 

Eligibility for participation

All registered candidates who have not been admitted to any of the seats through AACCC-PG counseling or counseling conducted by State/UTs are eligible for the Stray Vacancy Round. 

Process  

There is no Fresh Registration in Stray Vacancy Round.  

Candidates must submit a willingness in the AACCC-PG portal to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round with an undertaking that they are not holding any PG (ASU&H) seats allotted through AACCC-PG counseling or counseling conducted by State/UTs.  

Option for choice filling is available in the Stray Vacancy Round.  

No up-gradation is available from the 3 rd/ Mop-up Round to the Stray Vacancy Round

PG Counselling Fees Structure

Registration Fee: A candidate must pay a non-refundable registration fee to AACCC in order to complete the application process for Ayush PG counseling 2022. In addition, depending on the type of college they are applying for, they will be required to deposit a security fee. The registration and security fees for AIAPGET 2022 counseling are listed in the table below.
