Rajiv Lochan Ayurved Medical College & Hospital was established in the year 2002 by Yuva Utthan Samiti (under the F&S Registration Act 1973). Rajiv Lochan Ayurved Medical College & Hospital is Chhattisgarh’s first private Ayurvedic Medical College. The college is located on the Durg-Gunderdehi State Highway in the village of Chandkhuri, district Durg. The institution has been built on a 7-acre plot of land. Within the college grounds, a college building, hospital, pharmacy, hostels, central laboratory, auditorium, and other facilities have been developed by the standards of the National Commission for Indian System Of Medicine- NCISM. Within the college grounds, a 2-acre herbal garden with a diverse collection of medicinal plants and trees has been developed.
