Step 1: Visit Official Website:
- Visit the official website www.tnhealth.tn.gov.in to download the application form for admission to AYUSH courses.
Step 2: Fill the Application Form
- Fill the application form legibly, neatly, and correctly. Make sure to avoid any mistakes, as they could affect your selection.
Step 3: Prepare Required Documents
- Gather all the required documents and make self-attested photocopies. Original certificates are not needed at this stage.
Step 4: Send Application Form
- Send the filled application form along with the self-attested photocopies of required documents via Registered Post / Courier Service / Speed Post to the address mentioned below:

Step 1: Registration
- Register online on the official website: www.tnhealth.tn.gov.in.
Step 2: Reservation and Document Verification
- Selection is based on NEET UG-2024 scores and counselling.
- Rule of Reservation followed by the Government of Tamil Nadu will be applied.
- Candidates must attend counselling as per their rank on the official website: http://www.tnhealth.tn.gov.in.
- Original documents must be presented for verification along with self-attested photocopies.
- One parent or guardian may accompany the candidate, but mobile phone usage is prohibited.
- Candidates will be called for counselling based on their rank.
- Options exercised during counselling are final and cannot be changed.

Phases of Counselling
Tamil Nadu AYUSH NEET Counselling will be conducted in two phases:
First Phase of Counselling
- Counselling for Special Categories and 7.5% preferential allotment to Government School students occurs before General Category Counselling.
- No re-allotment/change of college for Special Category candidates.
- Any unveiled vacancies in Special Categories revert to the General Category.
- Candidates attending the first phase of counselling must pay processing fees, sign the attendance register, and submit option forms.
- Non-joining candidates’ vacancies will be re-allotted on a merit/community basis.
- Lack of attendance in the first phase forfeits admission rights unless authorized by a parent.
Communication and Options
- All communication happens through the official website: www.tnhealth.tn.gov.in.
- Candidates can exercise options for courses and colleges during counselling.
- Requests for transfer of college/course won’t be entertained after seat allotment.
- No waitlisting for a specific college if seats are available elsewhere.
- Candidates allotted under the Special Category won’t participate in General Category counselling.
- No movement counselling for Special Category candidates.
Second Phase Counselling
- Vacancies after the first phase are filled from the waiting list through counselling.
- Counselling for newly created seats due to seat matrix provision occurs in the 2nd phase.
- The government school quota for newly added colleges is filled in the 2nd phase before general counselling.
- Movement counselling is conducted based on merit and reservation rules.
- Mutual transfers are not allowed.
- The counselling schedule is available on the website.
Re-Allotment and Final Steps
- Re-allotment occurs through counselling if vacancies are available.
- Re-allotment is not guaranteed and depends on merit and time availability.
- Candidates who don’t join the allotted course within stipulated time forfeit admission rights.

Round 3/Mop-up Round: Eligibility for Participation

- Candidates registered in Round 1/Round 2 and availed of Free Exit.
- Candidates who joined the 1st Round were allotted seats and submitted willingness for upgradation but did not participate in the 2nd Round of counselling.
- Candidates who joined the allotted seat in the 2nd Round and submitted willingness for up-gradation in the AACCC counselling 3rd Round.
- Candidates who leave/resign the allotted seat in the 2nd Round, with forfeiture of Security money, three days before the commencement of the 3rd Round can participate with payment of complete fees.
Process:
- Register for AACCC-UG Counselling (Candidates from the 1st Round/2nd Round need not register again).
- Pay the Counselling Fee (non-refundable Registration Fee and Security Money if not paid already).

Stray Vacancy Round for AIQG/AIQGA/CU/NI
- Seats that remain vacant after the 3rd/Mop-up Round will be filled through the AACCC’s online Stray Vacancy Round.
- Eligibility for Participation:
- All registered candidates were not admitted to any seats through AACCC-UG counselling or state/UT counselling.
Process:
- No fresh registration in the Stray Vacancy Round.
- Submit willingness in the AACCC-UG portal to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round with an undertaking that you do not hold any UG (ASU&H) seats allotted through AACCC-UG counselling or counselling conducted by State/UTs.
- Option for choice filling is available.
- No upgrade is available from the 3rd/Mop-up Round to the Stray Vacancy Round.
Stray Vacancy Round for Deemed University
- The respective Deemed Universities conduct the Stray Vacancy Round for seat allotment under Deemed Universities.
- AACCC will send a list of eligible registered candidates to Deemed Universities for the Stray Vacancy Round, which will be exercised strictly in order of merit.
- The seats are domicile-free, and only registered AACCC-UG counselling candidates are eligible for admission.
