Punjab AYUSH counselling is an important process for securing admission into AYUSH courses in the state. The counselling is categorized into two main types based on the overseeing authority and the quota of seats being filled. AACCC conducts counselling for 15% seats in government AYUSH colleges and State counselling authority conducts counselling for 85% seats in government AYUSH colleges and 100% seats in Private colleges in Punjab.

- Registration Fee: The registration fee for State Quota Candidates is Rs. 4,600/- (Rs. 3,750/- for SC candidates), and for All India Quota candidates, it is Rs. 2,000/-. Deposit the fee through the Payment Gateway using Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.

Online Counselling Process
- All the counselling for admission to BAMS/BHMS courses for NEET UG 2024 will be conducted through online mode, unless permitted by the Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India. In that case, physical counselling will be conducted.
- During online counselling, candidates will fill an online counselling form where they will opt for their preferences of course, college, category, and quota.
- Seat allocation will be based on the merit of NEET UG 2024 in the order of preferences given by the candidate. Candidates are advised to be careful while filling up the order of preferences.
Reserved Categories: Candidates of reserved categories will also be considered in open merit. If an open merit seat is available, it will be allocated to them; otherwise, a seat from the reserved category will be allocated.
Provisional Allocation and Reporting
- After provisional allocation of a seat, candidates can download the provisional allocation letter from the University website by logging into their account.
- Candidates must report to the respective college with all original documents for checking of documents and eligibility.
- After verification, candidates will deposit the fee via demand draft from a nationalized bank in the name of the Registrar, Guru Ravidas Ayurved University, payable at Hoshiarpur.
- Following the deposit of the tuition fee, candidates must report again to the provisionally allocated college for their joining and medical checkup.
