Delhi University Counselling Registration

Step 1: Online Registration

  • To initiate the admission process for Undergraduate (BAMS and BUMS) courses, all candidates must register online at www.fmsc.ac.in.
  • Registration details for BAMS and BUMS courses can be found on the Faculty of Ayurveda & Unani Medicines website.
  • As a first-time user, you will create login details on the “Confirm your information” page by providing your NEET-UG-2025 Roll No. and Date of Birth. Clicking “View” will display further details.
  • If the details are correct, click “Confirm” to proceed.
  • On the “New Registration” page, enter a valid Mobile No. and Email ID, which will be used for future communication.
  • Create a password (maximum six characters) for online registration (not the same as your email password).
  • Provide a valid mobile phone number (10-digit, no prefix).
  • Verify that all details in the form are correct; no changes/modifications will be allowed.

Step 2: Log In and Check Details

  • Log in using your registered email-id and created password to fill out the online registration form.
  • Click “Save” to check the details filled in the form.
  • Use the same login information for future logins.

Step 3: Upload Required Documents

Upload the following documents for BAMS and BUMS courses:

Delhi Ayush Counselling Process

Step 1: Counselling Registration

  • Visit the website www.fmsc.ac.in for admission to Undergraduate (BAMS and BUMS) courses.
  • Click on “UGNEET-2024 Online Registration” to start the process.
  • Create your login details, verify your information, and upload necessary documents as instructed in the previous explanation.

Step 2: Document Verification: 

Once you’ve completed your online registration, it’s time for document verification. This step is crucial to ensure that your submitted documents are valid and meet the required standards.

  • Confirmation Email: After uploading your documents, you’ll receive a confirmation email to acknowledge receipt.
  • Thorough Check: Trained staff will carefully review your documents. They’ll verify the following:
    • Passport Size Photo: A recent color photo (120×130) in jpg format, under 150 KB.
    • NEET-UG-2024 Admit Card: A self-attested copy in PDF format (up to 200 KB).
    • NEET-UG-2024 Score Card: A self-attested copy in PDF format (up to 200 KB).
    • Aadhar Card: A self-attested copy in PDF format (up to 200 KB).
    • Date of Birth Proof: A self-attested copy of your Birth or Matriculation Certificate, verifying your date of birth and Hindi/Sanskrit proficiency for BAMS admissions. In PDF format (up to 200 KB).

    • Category Certificates: Self-attested copies for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (if applicable), OBC, Person with Disability (PwD), and economically weaker sections (EWS), if applicable. In PDF format (up to 200 KB).
    • Non-Creamy Layer Certificate: A self-attested copy for the current financial year (post-01/04/2024) and the OBC caste certificate as per the Central list for OBCs. In PDF format (up to 200 KB).
    • EWS Certificate: A self-attested copy, if applicable. In PDF format (up to 200 KB).
    • Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) Card: A self-attested copy, if applicable.
  • Validation Notification: Once your documents are verified, you’ll be notified if everything is in order. This ensures that all candidates meet the eligibility criteria for their chosen course.

Step 3: Choice Filling

  • After successful document verification, you will be provided with the opportunity to fill your choices for seat allotment.
  • Choose your preferred institutes and courses in the order of your preference during the choice filling period.
  • It’s advisable to fill as many choices as possible to increase your chances of getting your desired seat.
  • Access rank cut-off data on the university website to make informed choices.

Step 4: Seat Allotment

  • The university will consider your filled choices and your merit and category to allot seats.
  • Check the results by logging into your account.
  • If you are allotted a seat, you can print the Provisional Allotment Letter for the respective round within the specified period.

Step 5: Confirmation of Seat

  • To confirm your seat, you must pay the part Academic Fee of Rs. 60,000/- within the specified period.
  • This payment is crucial for participation in subsequent rounds of counselling.
  • You can make the payment online using the provided options (Net Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card).

Step 4: Reporting to College: 

  • Once you receive your seat allotment, it’s time to report to the allotted college. At this stage, you’ll need to present the necessary documents and complete any remaining admission formalities to secure your seat in the course.

Step 1: Visit the AACCC counseling website (www.aaccc.gov.in).

Step 3: Download the ‘Sandes app’ on your registered phone number to receive OTP for registration.
Step 4: Use a Laptop or Computer with the latest version of Chrome/Internet Explorer/Firefox/Windows/IOS for a smooth registration process.
Step 5: Provide accurate information during registration as your allocation will be based on it.
Step 6: Complete the registration process by following the instructions on the AACCC-UG portal.

  • Candidates registered in the 1st Round but were not allotted a seat.
  • Candidates who opted for free exit in the 1st Round.
  • Candidates who joined the allotted seat in the 1st Round and submitted willingness for up-gradation in the 2nd Round.

Process:

  • Register for AACCC-UG Counseling (Candidates from the 1st Round need not register again).
  • Pay the Counseling Fee (Non-Refundable Registration Fee + Security Money) if not paid already.
  • Fill in and lock your choices.
  • The seat allotment list will be published (result).
  • Physically report to the allotted college.

Round 3/Mop-up Round: Eligibility for Participation

  • NEET (UG)-2023 qualified candidates who have not registered in the 1st Round & 2nd Round.
  • Candidates who have already registered but were not allotted seats in the 1st Round & 2nd Round.
  • Candidates registered in Round 1/Round 2 and availed of Free Exit.
  • Candidates who joined the 1st Round allotted seat and submitted willingness for upgradation but did not participate in the 2nd Round of counseling.
  • Candidates who joined the allotted seat in the 2nd Round and submitted willingness for up-gradation in the AACCC counseling 3rd Round.
  • Candidates who leave/resign the allotted seat in the 2nd Round, with forfeiture of Security money, three days before the commencement of the 3rd Round can participate with payment of complete fees.

Process:

  • Register for AACCC-UG Counseling (Candidates from the 1st Round/2nd Round need not register again).
  • Pay the Counseling Fee (non-refundable Registration Fee and Security Money if not paid already).

Stray Vacancy Round for AIQG/AIQGA/CU/NI

  • Seats that remain vacant after the 3rd/Mop-up Round will be filled through the AACCC’s online Stray Vacancy Round.
  • Eligibility for Participation:
  • All registered candidates who were not admitted to any seats through AACCC-UG counseling or state/UT counseling.

Process:

  • No fresh registration in the Stray Vacancy Round.
  • Submit willingness in the AACCC-UG portal to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round with an undertaking that you do not hold any UG (ASU&H) seats allotted through AACCC-UG counseling or counseling conducted by State/UTs.
  • Option for choice filling is available.
  • No upgradation is available from the 3rd/Mop-up Round to the Stray Vacancy Round.

Stray Vacancy Round for Deemed University

  • The respective Deemed Universities conduct the Stray Vacancy Round for seat allotment under Deemed Universities.
  • AACCC will send a list of eligible registered candidates to Deemed Universities for the Stray Vacancy Round, which will be exercised strictly in order of merit.
  • The seats are domicile-free, and only registered AACCC-UG counseling candidates are eligible for admission.
