Here are the general steps to follow during BAMS course choice filling for AYUSH courses:

  • Start by registering on the official AYUSH counselling portal designated by the respective authorities. Ensure you have all the required documents and information handy, including your NEET UG score, educational qualifications, and personal details.

Step 2: Login:

  • Log in to your registered account using your credentials (usually a unique username and password).

Step 3: Choice Filling:

  • Navigate to the choice filling section of the portal.
  • Browse through the list of available BAMS colleges and courses. This list will typically include details such as the college name, location, available courses, and the number of seats.
  • Prioritize your choices by selecting the colleges and courses that align with your preferences, such as location, specialization, or reputation.
  • Be mindful of the order in which you prioritize your choices, as the system will consider your preferences in this sequence during the allocation process.

Step 4: Choice Locking:

  • After selecting your preferred choices, ensure that you lock them within the specified deadline. Failure to do so may result in your choices not being considered during the allocation process.

Step 5: Seat Allotment:

  • Once the choice filling period is over, the authorities will conduct the seat allotment process based on your NEET UG score, merit, and your selected preferences.
  • You will receive a seat allotment letter specifying the college and course allotted to you. You may have the option to accept or reject the allotted seat based on your preferences.

Step 6: Document Verification:

  • If you choose to accept the allotted seat, you will need to complete the document verification process. Ensure that you have all the required documents, including educational certificates, identity proof, and other relevant paperwork.

Step 7: Payment of Fees:

  • Pay the requisite admission fees within the stipulated time frame to secure your seat in the allocated BAMS college.

Step 8: Reporting to College:

Guidelines for the AYUSH AACCC Choice Filling

  • Eligibility Check: Ensure that you meet all the eligibility criteria for the AYUSH courses you wish to apply for. Verify your educational qualifications, age limits, and category-specific requirements.
  • Document Preparation: Gather all the necessary documents, including academic certificates, identification proof, and category certificates (if applicable). Keep these documents ready for the document verification process.
  • Online Registration: Register on the AACCC’s official website during the specified registration period. Provide accurate personal and academic information, as this will be used for verification and allocation purposes.
  • Document Verification: Attend the document verification process at the designated verification center. Make sure to carry all required documents in original and photocopy form. Any discrepancies or missing documents can delay your admission process.
  • Choice Filling Strategy: Before you start filling choices, have a clear strategy in mind. Consider factors such as your preferred AYUSH disciplines, the reputation of institutions, geographical location, and specialization within the disciplines. Prioritize your choices accordingly.
  • Multiple Choices: You can typically select multiple AYUSH courses and institutions in order of preference. Take advantage of this option to increase your chances of getting admission in a preferred course or college.
  • Choice Locking: Be mindful of the choice locking deadline. Once you lock your choices, you cannot make any further changes. Double-check your selections and prioritize effectively before locking them.
  • Mock Allotment (if applicable): If there’s a mock allotment round, pay attention to the results. It can provide insights into your chances of getting your preferred seat. Use this information to adjust your choices if needed.
  • Actual Seat Allotment: After the choice locking deadline, wait for the official seat allotment results. Seats are allocated based on your merit and the choices you’ve locked.
  • Reporting to Allotted College: If you receive an allotment, report to the allotted college within the specified timeframe. Complete the admission formalities, pay fees, and provide necessary documents for verification at the college.
  • Surrendering a Seat: If you decide not to take the allotted seat, follow the proper procedure for surrendering it. This allows the seat to be offered to another eligible candidate.
