College is affiliated with the Goa university and also has the recognition of National Commission for Indian System Of Medicine- NCISM, New Delhi.
The college has took upon the mission to revitalise Ancient Indian Learning and Culture. It was key to the creation of Gomantak Ayurved Mahavidyalaya and Research Centre, Goa’s only Ayurvedic education institute.
