Admission Process
All the eligible candidates who qualified in AIAPGET-2022 examinations and aspiring for admission in Post Graduate (MD/MS– Ayurveda/Siddha/Unani/Homeopathy) courses are hereby informed that Counselling for All India Quota seats including Government, Government Aided, Deemed Universities, Central Universities, and National Institutes as well as internal seats of Banaras Hindu University and Delhi University for the session 2022-23, will be conducted by Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee(AACCC), Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.
- For participation in AACCC-PG Counseling 2022, the candidates are required to register themselves at the official website of AACCC (www.aaccc.gov.in).
- Kindly note that Non-Refundable registration fees and Refundable Security deposits have to be paid by the candidates at the time of registration as per their category.
- The Refundable Security Deposit will be forfeited if a candidate resigns from the seat/institute allotted during the 2nd Round. Further, the Refundable Security Deposit will be forfeited, if the candidate does not join/exit the allotted seats in Round 3 / Mop Up Round.
Counseling Process
AIAPGET-2022 Qualified candidates are required to register on the AACCC website (www.aaccc.gov.in) to participate in the AACCC-PG counseling.
ROUND-1
Eligibility: Only AIAPGET-2022 qualified candidates will be eligible to apply for the AACCC PG counseling. Process:
Step 1: Registration for AACCC-PG Counseling.
Step 2: Payment of Counselling Fee (Non Refundable Registration Fee + Security Deposit Money)
Step 3: Choice filling and locking
Step 4: Release of Seat allotment list (Result Publication)
Step 5: Reporting to the allotted college.
ROUND-2
Eligibility:
a) AIAPGET-2022 qualified candidates who have not registered in Round 1
b) A candidate who registered for Round 1 and was not allotted any seat.
c) Candidates who have opted for free exit in the 1st Round.
d) Candidates who joined the allotted seat in the 1st Round and submitted willingness for upgradation in the 2nd Round.
Process:
Step 1: Registration for AACCC-PG Counseling. (The candidates who participated in 1st Round need not to be registered again)
Step 2: Payment of Counselling Fee includes Non-Refundable Registration Fee + Security Money (Need not pay by the candidates, those who already paid the counseling fee at the time of registration for 1st Round)

Eligibility
a) AIAPGET-2021 qualified candidates who have not registered in Round-1& Round 2.
b) Those who registered but were not allotted a seat in Round 1 & Round 2 (No need to register again.)
c) The candidate registered in Round-1/Round 2 & availed Free Exit.
d) Candidates who joined the allotted seat in the 2nd Round and submitted willingness for upgradation in the 3rd Round.
e) Those Candidates who leave/resign the allotted seat in the 2nd Round, with forfeiture of Security money, 3 days prior to the commencement of the 3rd Round can register again with payment of complete fees.
Process
Step 1: Registration for AACCC-PG Counseling. (Those candidates who participated in 1st Round/2nd Round need not to be registered afresh)
Step 2: Payment of Counselling Fee includes Non-Refundable Registration Fee + Security Money (Need not pay by the candidates, those who already paid the counseling fee at the time of registration for 1st Round /2nd Round)
Step 3: Choice filling and locking ROUND-2 ROUND-3/MOP UP R
Step 4: Release of Seat allotment list (Result Publication)
Step 5: Reporting to the allotted college.
At the end of the 3rd/Mop-Up Round of 15% All India Counseling, Non-Joined/ Not allotted/Vacated seats of AIQG, AIQGA will be reverted to State/UTs counseling authorities/Colleges.
FINAL STRAY VACANCY ROUND
To be conducted by Deemed/ National Institutes/Central Universities. (There will be No Fresh Registration for Candidates in the Final Stray Vacancy Round)
AACCC will send a list of eligible registered candidates to Deemed Universities/Central Universities/National Institutes and is to be exhausted strictly in order of merit in the Stray Vacancy Round. Further, a list of ineligible candidates will also be circulated to concerned State/UT counseling authorities, National Institutes/ Central Universities/ Deemed Universities to prohibit them from participating in any other counseling(Central/State/UT/Nominated seat, etc.).

Original documents (along with attested photocopies of documents) required at the time of joining in allotted ASU&H College are as mentioned below:
i. Allotment Letter issued by AACCC
ii. AIAPGET-2022 Admit Card issued by NTA
iii. AIAPGET-2022 Result/Rank Letter issued by NTA
iv. Mark Sheet of Higher Secondary.
v. Mark Sheets of BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BSMS st, 2nd & 3rd Professional Examinations or 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th Professional Examinations (as applicable).
vi. BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BSMS Degree Certificate or Provisional Certificate or undertaking from candidate to submit Degree Certificate after completion of Internship in case of a candidate, who are completing their Internship by 31st of December, 2022(Extended due to Covid Pandemic for the academic year 2022-23 only).
vii. Internship Completion Certificate/Certificate from the Head of Institution or College that the candidate shall complete the Internship by 31st December 2022.
viii. Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by CCIM/CCH/State Ayurveda/Siddha/Unani/Homoeopathy Board, Provisional Registration Certificate is acceptable only in cases where a candidate is undergoing internship and likely to be completed the same on or before 31st December 2022.
ix. Date of Birth Certificate. [If Matric (10th) Certificate does not bear the same.]
x. Proof of identity (Aadhar/ PAN/ Driving License/ Passport/ Voter ID )
xi. Medical Certificate issued by Registered Medical Practitioner in prescribed format
