IPU Counselling Registration For BHMS

Step 1: Enrolment for Centralized Online Process:

  • To begin the IPU AYUSH counselling journey, candidates must first enroll for the Centralized Online Process of Counselling.
  • Visit the official GGSIP University admission website at https://ipu.admissions.nic.in.
  • Select the payment option to proceed.

Step 2:Counselling Participation Fee:

  • Candidates are required to deposit a one-time, non-refundable Counselling Participation Fee of Rs 1000/- plus applicable charges. These taxes and charges are the candidate’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • Payment can be made using Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card.

Step 3: Fee Confirmation Receipt:

  • After payment, candidates should check the status of their enrollment for the Centralized Online Process for Counselling and the Counselling Participation Fee payment on the website (https://ipu.admissions.nic.in).
  • It’s crucial to retain the printout of the online fee confirmation receipt, which includes transaction details, for future reference.

Step 4: Early Fee Submission:

  • Candidates are advised to complete the online fee submission process well before the closing date. Avoid waiting until the last minute to prevent transaction failures or technical issues due to high internet traffic.

Step 5: Payment Issues:

  • If the fee is paid via credit/debit card, and the status is not ‘OK,’ it means the transaction was canceled. In such cases, the amount will be refunded to the respective credit/debit card, and the candidate must make the payment again.

IPU Counselling Process For BHMS

Step 1: Registration and Submission of Counselling Participation Fee:

  • To begin the IPU counselling process, candidates must first enroll for the Centralized Online Process of Counselling https://ipu.admissions.nic.in..
  • Deposit a one-time, non-refundable Counselling Participation Fee of Rs 1000/- plus applicable charges as per the schedule for each CET Code.
  • Payment can be made through Net Banking, Credit Card, or Debit Card on the official GGSIP University admission website at https://ipu.admissions.nic.in.
  • After payment, check the status of your enrollment and payment on the website and retain the online fee confirmation receipt with transaction details for future reference.

Step 2. Choice Filling/Editing:

  • Choice filling is mandatory for seat allotment, and candidates will not be considered for online allotment without filled choices/preferences.
  • Candidates should fill their preferred choices from the list of available institutes and courses in order of preference during the choice filling period.
  • It’s advisable to fill as many choices as possible to increase the chances of getting a preferred seat.
  • Stream-wise, institute-wise, and rank-wise Admission Rank cut-off data is available on the University Website for reference.
  • Candidates will have the opportunity to edit/modify/add/delete preferences after seat allotment in Round 01 for subsequent counseling rounds.
  • Save the choices/preferences and take a printout for future reference.

Step 3. Result/Allocation of Seats in Every Round:

  • After the choice filling period ends, all filled choices/preferences will be considered for online seat allotment based on merit and category.
  • Candidates who have not paid the Counselling Participation Fee or registered will not be considered for seat allotment.
  • Candidates who were allotted a seat but did not pay the part academic fees of Rs 60,000/- will not be considered in subsequent rounds.
  • Results can be checked through the candidate’s account login provided during registration.
  • Candidates can print the Provisional Allotment Letter if a seat is allotted to them.
  • Pay the part Academic Fee of Rs 60,000/- to confirm the seat allotment and participation in the subsequent round of counseling. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the allotted seat.

Step 4. Seat Allotment and Withdrawal:

  • Candidates will be allocated seats based on filled choices and seat availability at their rank in preferred choices.
  • Seat allotment through online counseling is binding, and candidates cannot claim a previously allotted choice if a new one is assigned.
  • Candidates can withdraw admission against the allotted seat within a specified time period by following the online withdrawal procedure.
  • Candidates who have withdrawn, frozen their seat, not paid the Part Academic Fee, or do not meet eligibility criteria will not participate in subsequent rounds, and their vacancies will be considered for seat allotment.

Delhi University Counselling Registration

Step 1: Online Registration

  • To initiate the admission process for Undergraduate BHMS course, all candidates must register online at www.fmsc.ac.in.
  • As a first-time user, you will create login details on the “Confirm your information” page by providing your NEET-UG-2023 Roll No. and Date of Birth. Clicking “View” will display further details.
  • If the details are correct, click “Confirm” to proceed.
  • On the “New Registration” page, enter a valid Mobile No. and Email ID, which will be used for future communication.
  • Create a password (maximum six characters) for online registration (not the same as your email password).
  • Provide a valid mobile phone number (10-digit, no prefix).
  • Verify that all details in the form are correct; no changes/modifications will be allowed.

Step 2: Log In and Check Details

  • Log in using your registered email-id and created password to fill out the online registration form.
  • Click “Save” to check the details filled in the form.
  • Use the same login information for future logins.

Step 1: Counselling Registration

  • Create your login details, verify your information, and upload necessary documents as instructed in the previous explanation.

Step 2: Document Verification: 

Once you’ve completed your online registration, it’s time for document verification. This step is crucial to ensure that your submitted documents are valid and meet the required standards.

  • Confirmation Email: After uploading your documents, you’ll receive a confirmation email to acknowledge receipt.
  • Thorough Check: Trained staff will carefully review your documents. They’ll verify the following:
    • Passport Size Photo: A recent color photo (120×130) in jpg format, under 150 KB.
    • NEET-UG-2023 Admit Card: A self-attested copy in PDF format (up to 200 KB).

  • After successful document verification, you will be provided with the opportunity to fill your choices for seat allotment.
  • Choose your preferred institutes and courses in the order of your preference during the choice filling period.

  • Access rank cut-off data on the university website to make informed choices.

Step 4: Seat Allotment

  • The university will consider your filled choices and your merit and category to allot seats.
  • Check the results by logging into your account.
  • If you are allotted a seat, you can print the Provisional Allotment Letter for the respective round within the specified period.

Step 5: Confirmation of Seat

  • To confirm your seat, you must pay the part Academic Fee of Rs. 60,000/- within the specified period.
  • This payment is crucial for participation in subsequent rounds of counselling.

Step 4: Reporting to College: 

  • Once you receive your seat allotment, it’s time to report to the allotted college. At this stage, you’ll need to present the necessary documents and complete any remaining admission formalities to secure your seat in the course.

AACCC AYUSH Counselling Online Registration & Process

Step 1: Visit the AACCC counseling website (www.aaccc.gov.in).
Step 2: Register on the AACCC-UG portal using the same Email address and Mobile Number submitted during NEET-UG 2023 registration.
Step 3: Download the ‘Sandes app’ on your registered phone number to receive OTP for registration.
Step 4: Use a Laptop or Computer with the latest version of Chrome/Internet Explorer/Firefox/Windows/IOS for a smooth registration process.
Step 5: Provide accurate information during registration as your allocation will be based on it.
Step 6: Complete the registration process by following the instructions on the AACCC-UG portal.

AACCC Counselling Process

Round 1: Eligibility for Participation

Only NEET (UG) – 2023 qualified candidates are eligible for AACCC-UG counseling.

  • Fill in and lock your choices.

  • Physically report to the allotted college.

Round 2: Eligibility for Participation

  • NEET (UG)-2023 qualified candidates who have not registered in the 1st Round.
  • Candidates registered in the 1st Round but were not allotted a seat.
  • Candidates who opted for free exit in the 1st Round.
  • Candidates who joined the allotted seat in the 1st Round and submitted willingness for up-gradation in the 2nd Round.

Process:

  • Register for AACCC-UG Counseling (Candidates from the 1st Round need not register again).
  • Pay the Counseling Fee (Non-Refundable Registration Fee + Security Money) if not paid already.
  • Fill in and lock your choices.
  • The seat allotment list will be published (result).

Round 3/Mop-up Round: Eligibility for Participation

  • NEET (UG)-2023 qualified candidates who have not registered in the 1st Round & 2nd Round.
  • Candidates who have already registered but were not allotted seats in the 1st Round & 2nd Round.
  • Candidates registered in Round 1/Round 2 and availed of Free Exit.
  • Candidates who joined the 1st Round allotted seat and submitted willingness for upgradation but did not participate in the 2nd Round of counseling.

Stray Vacancy Round for AIQG/AIQGA/CU/NI

  • Seats that remain vacant after the 3rd/Mop-up Round will be filled through the AACCC’s online Stray Vacancy Round.
  • Eligibility for Participation:
  • All registered candidates who were not admitted to any seats through AACCC-UG counseling or state/UT counseling.

Process:

  • No fresh registration in the Stray Vacancy Round.
  • Submit willingness in the AACCC-UG portal to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round with an undertaking that you do not hold any UG (ASU&H) seats allotted through AACCC-UG counseling or counseling conducted by State/UTs.
  • Option for choice filling is available.
  • No upgradation is available from the 3rd/Mop-up Round to the Stray Vacancy Round.

Stray Vacancy Round for Deemed University

  • The respective Deemed Universities conduct the Stray Vacancy Round for seat allotment under Deemed Universities.
  • AACCC will send a list of eligible registered candidates to Deemed Universities for the Stray Vacancy Round, which will be exercised strictly in order of merit.
  • The seats are domicile-free, and only registered AACCC-UG counseling candidates are eligible for admission.
