Mai Bhago Ayurvedic College in Muktsar was established in July 1995 by S. Harcharan Singh Ji Brar by the Chief Minister of Punjab. It is the second Ayurvedic college in northern India and the only one for ladies in Punjab.
Since 1995, the institute has served the community as an unaided, self-financing private Ayurvedic college.
