During online counseling, candidates will fill out an online counseling form in which they will indicate their course, college, category, and quota preferences.

The seat will be assigned based on the NEET-UG – 2023 merit and the candidate’s order of preferences. As a result, candidates are recommended to exercise caution when filling out the order of preferences for the course, college, category, and quota.

Candidates from reserved categories will also be considered in open merit; if an open merit seat is available, it will be assigned to them; otherwise, a reserved category seat will be assigned. There will be one round of online counseling and one round of in-person counseling.

Candidates who have been provisionally assigned a seat can download a provisional allocation letter from the University website after logging in to their account and report to the corresponding college with all original documents for documentation and eligibility verification.

After verifying their original documents and eligibility, the principal of the relevant college will issue a bank challan for tuition fee deposit at any Axis Bank branch.

After the payment of the tuition price, candidates will be required to return to the provisionally assigned college for their joining and medical checkup. If a candidate fails to follow the above-mentioned procedure, his or her assigned seat would be canceled automatically and without notice.

If an applicant is pleased with the seat assigned to him or her during online counseling, he or she is not required to participate in the next round of counseling.

If a candidate wishes to upgrade or modify his or her seat, he or she must engage in the second round of counseling and re-enter their choices for the course/college/category/quota.

If an applicant wishes to leave the course/seat, he or she must submit an application to the individual college well in advance of the start of the next round of counseling.

If a candidate’s seat is upgraded/changed in the future round of counseling and he/she has already deposited the tuition money, he/she is not obliged to deposit the fee again, unless there is a difference in fee, in which case he/she must deposit the difference.
