Bhupendra Narayan Mandal Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Saharsa was established in 1973 by the social workers of the old Saharsa District Comprising Saharsa, Madhepura, and Supaul District to serve the suffering people of the areas which covers several districts of North Bihar. Affiliated with the B.R.Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur the college has a recognition of the National Commission For Homeopathy (NCH) New Delhi Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India, New Delhi and  Govt. of Bihar Department of Health Medical Education and Family Welfare.

The College is located on approximately seven acres of land that has been registered in the name of the Hon’ble Governor of Bihar for B.N.M. Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital Saharsa. The College has a large building that houses the administrative block, an operating theatre, various departmental laboratories, a library, an O.P.D., an I.P.D., and a lecture hall. We have a 30-bed indoor hospital divided into male, female, children, and isolation wards. In addition, our hospital has an X-ray unit, an ECG unit, an ENT unit, an eye and dental unit, and an ultrasound unit.
