Government Tibbi College & Hospital is India’s first government Unani College, founded in 1926 and affiliated with the Aryabhatta Knowledge University (AKU)the college currently offers two courses, Pre-Tib and BUMS. The process of starting MD/PG courses in five departments, increasing the UG intake to 100, and offering diploma and certificate courses in various disciplines of Unani Medicine is underway. Ten outpatient departments are operating at full capacity (over 400 patients per day) and have an online registration system called “Sanjeevni.” The college provides in-patient services in 8 departments with well-equipped wards.
Government Tibbi College & Hospital has the most traditional and patent drugs in IPDs and OPDs. Various regimens, pathological tests, drugs, and in-patient facilities are provided at no cost. The college has two well-decorated and well-maintained herbal gardens, one on campus and one on the IGIMS campus. GTCH’s campus is well-equipped, with smart classes that are monitored 24 hours a day.

Stray Vacancy Round for AIQG/AIQGA/CU/NI
- Seats that remain vacant after the 3rd/Mop-up Round will be filled through the AACCC’s online Stray Vacancy Round.
- Eligibility for Participation:
- All registered candidates were not admitted to any seats through AACCC-UG counseling or state/UT counseling.
Process:
- No fresh registration in the Stray Vacancy Round.
- Submit willingness in the AACCC-UG portal to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round with an undertaking that you do not hold any UG (ASU&H) seats allotted through AACCC-UG counseling or counseling conducted by State/UTs.
- Option for choice filling is available.
- No upgrade is available from the 3rd/Mop-up Round to the Stray Vacancy Round.
Stray Vacancy Round for Deemed University
- The respective Deemed Universities conduct the Stray Vacancy Round for seat allotment under Deemed Universities.
- AACCC will send a list of eligible registered candidates to Deemed Universities for the Stray Vacancy Round, which will be exercised strictly in order of merit.
- The seats are domicile-free, and only registered AACCC-UG counseling candidates are eligible for admission.

AACCC Counselling Documents Required (Original along with attested photocopies of documents) at the time of joining in allotted AYUSH College are as below:
- Admit Cards for the NEET (UG)-2024 Exam issued by NTA.
