Tamil Nadu AYUSH counselling is an important process for securing admission into AYUSH courses in the state. The counselling is categorized into two main types based on the overseeing authority and the quota of seats being filled. Counselling Process for Government Quota Seats
1. Preparation of Rank List
- Rank List: Candidates will be ranked based on NEET UG-2024 marks. The tentative rank list will be published on the official website: www.tnhealth.tn.gov.in.
- Special Categories: A separate rank list will be prepared for Special Categories and 7.5% seats reserved for Government colleges students.
2. Preferential Admissions
- Government Colleges Students: Admissions under the 7.5% preferential quota for Government colleges students will be conducted before the General Category. Candidates must provide their EMIS number.
- Special Categories: Admissions for Special Categories will also be conducted before the General Category.
3. Bonafide Certificate
For Government Colleges Students Without EMIS Number: Obtain a Bonafide Certificate from the school attended from 6th to 12th grade, countersigned by the Chief Educational Officer.
