Andhra Pradesh AYUSH counselling is an important process for securing admission into AYUSH courses in the state. The counselling is categorized into two main types based on the overseeing authority and the quota of seats being filled. AACCC conducts counselling for 15% seats in government AYUSH colleges and State counselling authority conducts counselling for 85% seats in government AYUSH colleges and 100% seats in Private colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
Counselling Registration Process – State Quota
Step 1: Mobile and Email Registration
- Visit the website https://ugayushcq.ysruhs.com.
- Enter your NEET UG – 2024 Roll Number.
- Click on the Mobile and Email Registration button.
- Enter a valid working Mobile Number and Email ID. OTPs will be sent to the registered Mobile Number and Email ID at different stages.
- Enter the OTPs received on your Mobile Number and Email ID for verification.
- Click on the Register button.
- If all details are correct and verified with OTPs, a successful registration message will be displayed.
Step 2: Payment of Registration Fee
- After successful registration, proceed to the Payment Gateway for fee payment.

Step 3: Updating Data
- Enter your NEET UG – 2024 Roll Number and the registration number received after payment.
- Click on the Validate button to proceed to the Application form.
- The application form will be displayed. Fill in all the required details.
- Upload your Passport Size Photo and Signature. Ensure the scanned photo and signature are less than 100 KB and in JPEG or JPG format.
- If you change the caste category from SC/ST to Open/BC, you will be asked to pay the difference in registration fee.
- After entering all details, click on the Save and Print button.
Step 4: Uploading Certificates
- Upload all the required certificates/documents in support of your claims.
- After uploading, click on the Save and Print button.
- Take a printout of the filled-in application form for future reference.
Important Notes
- Candidates are advised to take a printout of the Prospectus / Instructions from the website http://drysruhs.edu.in or https://ugayushcq.ysruhs.com and verify the eligibility under Local/Non-local category for Competent Authority Quota Seats before filling the application form.
- The University Fee of Rs. 8,600/- for Competent authority seats and Rs. 24,500 for Management Quota Seats to be paid at the time of downloading the allotment order through Online. The University Fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The counseling for admission will be made to the colleges affiliated for the year 202-425, subject to receipt of fee structure G.O. from the Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.
- The printout of the online application form, signed at the declaration area, is to be submitted at the time of joining at the allotted college. There is no need to submit the printout by post/by hand to the university.

- Downloading Allotment Order: The selected candidates must download the allotment order from the official website after paying the University fee through the payment gateway.
