If you have made a payment for our services but have not received any counselling or assistance, you may be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will only be considered within 7 days of the payment date.
2. Non-Refundable Services:
Please note that certain services, such as access to our exclusive e-book and personalized counselling sessions, are non-refundable once delivered.

Provide your payment details and the reason for your refund request.
Our team will review your request and determine your eligibility for a refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days and will be issued using the original payment method.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if it is found that you have received and utilized our services as per the terms of the agreement.
Refunds will not be granted if you have provided inaccurate or incomplete information during the counselling process.
