Mop-up Counseling will be provided in a hybrid mode, that is, both online and offline (physically). Candidates can express their willingness in either an offline or online mode. Candidates who wish to participate in the offline (physical) mode should report to the CENTAC office on the Puducherry Technological University (PTU/PEC) campus as scheduled.

Puducherry AYUSH Counselling Process - State Quota
Step 1: Online Registration
- Candidates register online through the official counseling website at (www.centacpuducherry.in) by providing personal details, educational qualifications, and other necessary information.
Step 2: Choice Filling
- After registration, candidates fill in their preferred choices of AYUSH courses and colleges/institutions based on their eligibility and interest.
Step 3: Document Verification
- Candidates attend the document verification process as per the scheduled date and time. They submit the required documents for verification, including academic certificates, identity proof, domicile certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and other relevant documents.
Step 4: Merit List Publication
- Once the document verification process is completed, a merit list is prepared based on candidates' preferences and merit in the qualifying examination and entrance test (if applicable). The merit list is published on the official website, displaying the rank secured by each candidate.
Step 5: Seat Allotment
- Seats are allotted to candidates based on their rank in the merit list, choices filled, and availability of seats. The seat allotment process is conducted online. Candidates can check their allotment status and download the provisional allotment letter from the official website.
Step 6: Reporting to Allotted College
- Candidates who are allotted seats need to physically report to the respective allotted college within the specified time frame. They complete the admission formalities, pay the admission fees, and submit the required documents for verification.
Step 7: Upgradation and Second Round Counseling (if applicable)
- Additional counseling rounds may be conducted for seat upgradation or if vacant seats are available. Interested candidates register again and follow the process accordingly.

AYUSH UG counselling refers to the counseling process for undergraduate programs in the field of Ayurveda, Yoga & Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homeopathy. These programs are collectively known as AYUSH courses and are offered by various colleges and universities in India. The counselling process for AYUSH UG courses is conducted by the respective state and central counseling authorities (AACCC).
The online counselling for the allocation of 15% All India Quota Seats in Undergraduate (BAMS/BUMS/BSMS/BHMS) courses at Government/Government-aided Ayurveda/Siddha/Unani/Homoeopathy Colleges, Deemed Universities (100%), Central Universities/National Institutes is being conducted by the AYUSH Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India. On the other hand, candidates seeking admission through the 85% state quota for AYUSH courses should apply to the respective state counselling authorities.
