There are two levels here. Counselling eligibility means you hold a valid NEET UG 2026 rank card and are a native of Odisha. Course eligibility means your Class 12 marks and category also meet the minimum criteria.

Odisha AYUSH Counselling Process
Odisha AYUSH Counselling 2026 process for BAMS and BHMS admission is conducted online through the official OJEE website. Candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria must complete registration, choice filling and choice locking to be considered for seat allotment. Seats are allotted strictly on the basis of eligibility, merit and the choices filled by the candidate.
Online Registration
- Candidates who are interested in participating in the BAMS/BHMS Counselling-cum-Admission process and fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria must register online through the official OJEE website, www.ojee.nic.in.
- Candidates have to create their own Username and Password during registration. Only candidates who successfully register will be considered for the subsequent seat allotment and admission process.
Registration Form and Choice Filling
- After registration, candidates need to complete the online registration form and enter their preferred course and college choices.
- Candidates should arrange their choices according to their preference and then lock the choices within the specified counselling schedule. Candidates can also take a printout of their filled choices for future reference.
- A non-refundable counselling/registration fee of Rs.1,000 has to be paid online during registration.
Provisional Seat Allotment and Fee Payment
Candidates who receive a provisional seat allotment in the first round have to pay the prescribed amount through their candidate login portal.

The remaining differential amount, if applicable, has to be paid by the candidate during admission at the respective institute.
Freeze/Float and Document Verification
After receiving provisional allotment, candidates must complete all three mandatory steps:
- Pay Rs.5,000 as part-admission fee + Rs.3,500 as University Registration Fee online.
- Exercise the Freeze or Float option.
- Report to the OJEE Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar on the scheduled date and time for document verification and provisional admission.
Candidates must carry the required documents for verification as prescribed by OJEE.
If an allotted candidate does not report to the OJEE Cell for document verification and provisional admission, the allotted seat will be cancelled. Such a candidate may participate in the second round as per the applicable Round 2 guidelines.
Odisha AYUSH Counselling Registration Process
Odisha AYUSH Counselling 2026 registration and choice filling happen entirely on the OJEE web counselling portal.
- Download your NEET UG 2026 rank card from the official NEET website and keep it ready.
- Go to www.ojee.nic.in and open the counselling link for BAMS/BHMS.
- Register with your NEET UG 2026 roll number and rank details, along with your personal and contact details.
- Pay the Rs. 1,000 registration fee online through the BillDesk, HDFC or SBI payment gateway.
- Fill your choices of college and course. There is no maximum limit on the number of choices, and the brochure advises filling as many as possible.
- Check the mock seat allotment, published, this shows where you would stand based on your current choices.
- Revise your choices if needed, since changes are allowed before locking.
- Lock your choices using your own password once the choice locking facility opens. Locked choices cannot be changed under any circumstances. If you do not lock manually, your last saved choice list locks automatically once the window closes.
- Check the seat allotment result and download the provisional allotment letter once published.
- Report at the OJEE Office, Gandamunda within the notified reporting window for document verification, fee payment and the Freeze or Float option.
Register separately in each round you want to join, and repeat the fee payment, choice filling and locking steps for that round.

Candidates who have successfully registered for Odisha AYUSH Counselling 2026 can fill their preferred choices through their counselling login. Candidates should carefully arrange their choices in the order in which they want to be considered for seat allotment.
Steps for Choice Filling
- Login to the Candidate Portal: Log in using the correct User ID, which is the NEET UG 2026 Application Number, and the password generated by the candidate.
- Read the Top Menu: After logging in, carefully check the different options available on the candidate dashboard.
- Click on “Available Choices”: Select the “Available Choices” option from the top menu to view the choices available to the candidate.
- Click on “Fill Choices”: To exercise the choices, click on the “Fill Choices” option.
- View Available Choices: The left window will display the choices available for selection.
- Select Preferences: Candidates should first select their best/preferred choice, followed by their second preference, third preference and so on.
- Check Selected Choices: The choices selected by the candidate will appear in the right window.
- Arrange Preferences: Candidates should carefully verify and arrange the choices in the right window according to their actual preference.
- Save the Choices: The “Save and Continue” option can be used multiple times while completing the choice-filling process.
- Save and Exit: After completing the choices, candidates can click “Save and Exit” to view the choices they have filled.
Choice Locking
The candidate dashboard will also provide a “Lock Choice” option. Candidates should not lock their choices until they are completely satisfied with the order of preferences. Before locking, choices can be filled, rearranged and modified as required.
Once the candidate is satisfied with the final order, the choices can be locked using the “LOCK” option at the bottom of the page. If a candidate selects “Back”, they can return to the previous page and modify or rearrange their choices.

Odisha AYUSH Counselling 2026 Seat Allotment
The seat allotment will be conducted online based on the candidate’s NEET rank and choices exercised during counselling. Reservation will be considered according to the category declared by the candidate during registration. Odisha AYUSH Counselling 2026 First Round Seat Allotment Process:
- Provisional Seat Allotment: In the first round, all registered candidates will be considered for provisional seat allotment based on their NEET rank and choices filled. The applicable reservation will be considered according to the candidate’s declaration during registration.
- Pay Admission and University Registration Fees: After provisional allotment, candidates must deposit the prescribed part admission fee and University registration fee online through their candidate login portal.
- Candidates must also exercise one of the available options from Freeze or Float. They must then report to the OJEE Cell for document verification and provisional admission.
- Document Verification and Provisional Admission. Candidates who:
- Pay the prescribed admission fees,
- Exercise the Freeze/Float option, and
- Successfully complete document verification
will be considered for provisional admission according to their allotted category and sub-category.
- Failure to Complete Required Steps: Candidates who fail to complete the required steps, including fee payment, option selection and document verification, will be disqualified and will not be considered for the admission process.
- Failure to Produce Reservation Documents: If a candidate fails to produce the required documents supporting the category or sub-category claimed during registration, the candidate’s temporary allotment under that category will be cancelled.
Such candidates will be considered as General/Unreserved candidates in the subsequent round, and they will have to fill their choices afresh in the second round.
Withdrawal from Odisha AYUSH Counselling 2026
A candidate who wishes to withdraw from the counselling process or resign from an allotted seat can do so within the stipulated withdrawal period mentioned in the counselling schedule and according to the prescribed counselling process.
