State Takmeel-ut-Tib College and Hospital was founded in 1902 as Takmeel-ut-Tib College and Hospital by renowned visionary, Shaikh-ul-Hind Abdul Aziz. This college is associated with Mahayogi Guru Gorakhnath AYUSH University and is certified by the National Commission for Indian System Of Medicine- NCISM.
It is Asia’s first Tibbi Educational Institution, teaching Unani Medicine and Surgery. The college was provincialized in 1982, and the word ‘State’ was affixed to the name, resulting in the college being known as the State Takmil-ut-Tib College and Hospital, Lucknow.
Shaikh-ul-Hind Hakim Abdul Aziz was a well-known physician who made significant contributions to the establishment and advancement of the Unani System of Medicine in India. He had a dream in which his spiritual guide/peer Murshid, Hazrat Fazlur Rahman of Ganj Muradabad, District Unnao, Uttar Pradesh, told him to create a Tibb learning centre.

- All registered candidates were not admitted to any seats through AACCC-UG counselling or state/UT counselling.
Process:
- No fresh registration in the Stray Vacancy Round.
- Submit willingness in the AACCC-UG portal to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round with an undertaking that you do not hold any UG (ASU&H) seats allotted through AACCC-UG counselling or counselling conducted by State/UTs.
- Option for choice filling is available.

Stray Vacancy Round for Deemed University
- The respective Deemed Universities conduct the Stray Vacancy Round for seat allotment under Deemed Universities.
