Class 12 certificate and mark sheet: This is the document that will be used to verify your education qualification and percentage of marks obtained.
Passport-size photograph (8 in number): These photographs will be used for your admit card and other official purposes.
Provisional Allotment Letter obtained through the AACCC portal: This is the document that will be issued to you if you are allotted a seat in AYUSH NEET counselling 2023.
