Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur established by RAU (Rajasthan Ayurved University) in 2002 under the RAU Act -2002 (Act No. 15 of 2002) which came into force w.e.f. May 24, 2003, vide Gazette Notification no. F25 (6) Ay. /2000 dated May 24, 2003. With means to provide affiliation to all Ayurvedic, Unani, Homeopathic, Yoga & Naturopathy colleges/institutions for Ph.D., PG, UG, Diploma, and Certificate courses. This university acknowledges students to its degree programs through the National/State Joint Entrance Test.
This university is recognized under section 2/F from UGC by letter no. F9-30/2003 (CPI-I) dated 15/03/2004 & CCIM, CCH And provides and conducts BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, BNYS, B.Sc (Ayurved Nursing), MD (Ayu.), MD (Homoeo), Ph.D. (Ayurveda), and certain Diploma and Certificate courses to its affiliated colleges.
On the university campus, the university has three constituent colleges namely the University Postgraduate Institute of Ayurveda Studies & Research, the University College of Homeopathy, and the University College of Naturopathy & Yogic Science at Kadvad Campus, Jodhpur, as well as two other constituent colleges: the University College of Unani, Tonk Campus and the University College of Homeopathy, Ajmer Campus.

Admission Counselling 2022-23
BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BNYS-2022 admission counselling will be conducted by UG/PG AYUSH Counselling Admission Board, Rajasthan, Jodhpur as per notification mentioned in the information bulletin of NEET UG-2022 issued by NTA at point no -13.5 of Chapter no -13 that “use of result of NEET (UG)-2022 by other organizations. The result of the NEET (UG) may be utilized by other entities of Central/State Governments for admission purpose in accordance with their rules” for admissions in all Government and Private BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BNYS colleges in Rajasthan as per the rules and regulations laid down by Central Council of Indian Medicine, Central Council of Homoeopathy and directions from the Central Govt., State Govt. and other concerned agencies
The NEET score along with some relevant data have been received from the NEET-2022 Conducting agency i.e., National Testing Agency (NTA) for NEET- 2022 by UG PG AYUSH Counselling Board, Rajasthan.
During the counseling process, the eligibility criteria and relevant documents of the candidates shall be verified and BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BNYS Colleges shall be allotted to the eligible candidates on the basis of their merit and availability of the seats as per the reservation policy of the state and central government. However, admission of the allotted college will finally verify all relevant documents of the candidates
REGISTRATION FEE
1. All candidates are required to deposit a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2000/- for GEN/ EWS /OBC/MBC & Rs. 1500/- For, SC, ST, ST-STA category candidates belonging to Rajasthan state domicile through Internet banking / Debit card / Credit card.
2. All Candidates belonging to other states are required to deposit a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 2000/-through Internet banking /Debit card/Credit card.
The registration fee is neither refundable nor transferable and nor adjustable for any future State UG admissions. Any plea in this matter shall not be entertained.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Educational Qualification:
No candidate shall be allowed to be admitted to the BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BNYS course until he or she has passed the qualifying examination
For BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery):
10+2 passed with Science Biology with English (Minimum 50 % for General* and 40 % for SC/ST/OBC marks in aggregate is compulsory in Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and NEET-2022with required percentile.
For BUMS (Bachelor of Unani Medicine & Surgery):
10+2 passed with Science Biology with English (Minimum 50 % for General* and 40 % for SC/ST/OBC marks in aggregate is compulsory in Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and NEET-2022with required percentile.
For BHMS ((Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery):
10+2 passed with Science Biology with English (Minimum 50 % for General* and 40 % for SC/ST/OBC marks in aggregate is compulsory in Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and NEET-2022with required percentile.
For BNYS (Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences):
10+2 passed with Science Biology with English. Neither appearing NEET-2022 nor cutoff marks are necessary for BNYS However –
• Preference will be given to NEET-2022 qualified candidates
• Second Priority Without NEET candidates (on the basis of Sr Secondary score card Merit)
Application Procedure
Step-1: Instruction for Online Registration
Before filling the on-line registration form, read very carefully the information booklet and instructions for filling the on-line registration form, etc. If any lapse is detected during the scrutiny, your candidature will be rejected even if you come through the final stage of the admission process or even at a later stage.

Step-2
Initially admission process shall be started by publishing a provisional merit list (1st Round) for final admission for candidates of PwD, Defence/Para-Military, NRI (1, 2 to 03 categories) as per the order of Govt of Rajasthan) document verification thereof will be conducted at NEET AYUSH Counselling Board Office, Dr. S R Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur. Candidates will have to appear in person along with all original documents and 2 sets of self-attested photocopies thereof.
Step-3
Publishing of provisional merit list (1st Round) for all state quota seats and 15% of all India Quota seats of private institutions/private universities as per categories.
Step-4
Choice Filling
a) Deposit the counseling fee online and Choice filling.
b) Counselling Fee: INR 25,000/-must be deposited as counseling fee through Netbanking/Debit card/Credit Card before the choice filling for BAMS/BHMS/BUMS/BNYS seats. This fee will be a part of the tuition fee of a candidate who joins his college later on
c) Candidates who have been allotted seats have to deposit their annual college fee with adjustment of counseling fee through demand draft in Favor of CHAIRMAN, AYUSH UG
ADMISSION COUNSELLING BOARD, JODHPUR, during a stipulated period of time.
This candidate will also be eligible for 2nd round of counseling for upgradation. if he/she fills fresh choice filling the form for 2nd round.
d) If a candidate doesn’t report to the reporting center and doesn’t deposit the prescribed remaining college annual fee within a stipulated period of time, his/her allotment will be canceled and that seat will be treated as a vacant seat. However, he/she may participate in 2nd round of counseling without forfeiting the Counselling Fee as a last chance but he/she have to fill fresh
choice filling form for 2nd round of counseling. For such candidates, seats will be allotted on availability of seats and on the basis of a fresh merit list of round 2.
e) The counseling fee will be forfeited if a candidate who has been allotted a seat in the Second
Round or subsequent rounds and does not join the respective institution or surrender the seat
due to any unforeseen reason. The counseling fee will be forfeited if the admission gets canceled due to any reason. e.g in case, the candidate gives wrong information at the time of registration on the basis of which a seat may be allotted and later canceled by the Admission Authorities at the time of reporting or fails to produce the required documents at the time of reporting for admission within the stipulated time. If a candidate does not get admission in any round of admission counseling, the Counselling fee will be refunded to the candidate after completion of the counseling process.
f) In the case of NRI quota, if seats are vacant after 1st round of counseling, vacant seats will be converted into the IVth Category of NRI as per the order of Govt. of Rajasthan subject to deposit of the prescribed NRI quota fee. For admission to these seats, candidates are advised to opt for the option of NRI quota seats while filling online choice filing/option form.

Step-6
Download the allotment letter and report in person at certain reporting centers/colleges decided by NEET AYUSH Counselling board, Jodhpur along with the prescribed college annual fee, through Demand draft and 2 copies of the application form along with all relevant documents (self-attested) along with original documents. Candidates are directed to visit a website on regular basis.
Step-7
Surrender of seats
If a candidate is willing to surrender his/her seat allotted at the 1st round of counseling then he/she will have to appear in person at the office of the Counselling Board, Jodhpur along with required documents/receipts to surrender the seat.
Eligible for 2nd Round of Counselling
Candidates eligible for seat allotment in 2nd round would be from one of the following groups:
Group–I: Fresh, new eligible candidates, who have not registered in 1st round of counseling.
Group–II: Registered candidates who did not get any seat allotment in the 1st round.
Group-III: Registered candidates who have secured a seat under reserved quota & whose 1st round of allotted seats got canceled during the document verification on reporting for admission will be considered for allotment of seat in the next round of seat allotment, with changed Category, subject to availability of seat in the respective category.
Group–IV: Candidates who have reported at the allotted institute during 1st round of allotment and submitted willingness for second round up-gradation as Yes.
Group- V: Candidates who have been allotted a seat but have Not Joined.
Group- VI: Candidates who have resigned from the allotted seat of the first round at college
Group VII: Candidates who have resigned from the allotted seat of the first round at college.
3 rd/Mop-up
Round 3 rd/Mop-up Round will be conducted as per directions of the Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India, New Delhi.
